Job Description:
Provide assistance to Partner Agents, Non-partner agents, and contractors that are assigned to an agent’s fleet board by helping them conduct business with CRST Malone in a more effective manner. This assistance will require the Agent Liaison to become reasonably familiar with the workflow and processes of many departments in the company. As issues arise, the Agent Liaison should be focused on resolving the issue at hand, while providing superior customer service to Agents and Contractors. Additionally, repetitive issues need to be identified as opportunities for improvement. The Agent Liaison should work with those parties involved to identify and implement solutions to these opportunities for improvement.

Location:
Birmingham, AL

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Experience / Skills Desired:
1) Strong customer service skills required. 2) Transportation knowledge and operational experience preferred. 3) Good organizations skills. 4) Excellent problem solving skills. 5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6) Proficient math skills. 7) Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs. 8) Weekend, holiday, and off-hour coverage on a rotation basis. 9) Normal work hours 0700 – 1730 Monday through Friday. One hour for lunch. Flexibility in hours is essential, to ensure that customer demands are consistently achieved.
