Job Description: Summary
• Recruiting new agents into the CRST Malone System.
• Take lead role in implementing new agents into the CRST Malone System.
• Establish and monitor development plans with new and existing agents.
• Provide sales support to the agency network in defined geographic region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of recruiting and implementing new agents into the CRST Malone System.
• Responsible for growing new agent revenue in assigned geographic territory.
• Responsible for complete setup and training of new agents.
• Prospect new business within assigned geographic territory.
• Provide sales support to agents within territory.
• Coordinate efforts with assigned Agent Liaison, to provide appropriate operational and company support to agents.
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. |

Job Experience / Skills Desired: Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Background in the transportation industry, required.
• Sales and / or Operations experience , preferred.
• Availability for travel greater than 50%.
• Experience with transportation agents, preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Education / Experience
• College degree, preferred.
• Three to Five years of transportation experience, preferred.
